AKRAM ZRIBI, Attorney at Law

Maître Akram Zribi, a Master in Law, graduated from the Faculty of Law, Political and Economic Sciences of Tunis (Tunisia) in 1989 and a certificate of aptitude for the profession of lawyer in 1992.

Akram Zribi provides consultations to clients, pleads in lawsuits, writes contracts, statutes, agreements, memorandum of understanding and implements business plans for local or foreign companies.

Akram Zribi has a rich experience in supporting and assisting investors in their projects in Tunisia or in other countries such as Morocco, the Republic of Congo, Ivory Coast and Denmark.



PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

From November 1989 to October 1992, Akram Zribi became legal adviser, head of the sports department at the Ministry of Youth and Children. He was elected Vice President of Ariana Municipality (Tunis) and Chairman of Ariana's Legal Committee from June 1990 to June 1995. Zribi worked as a trainee lawyer from May 1992 to May 1996. In May 1996, he was admitted to the Court of Appeal of the Tunisian Bar. He has been a member of the cassation Court of the Tunisian Bar since May 2004.

VOLUNTEER EXPERIENCE

As an active member of his community, Mr. Akram Zribi was promoted as president and member of the committees which implies the implementation of new bills, he has served: at the Ministry of Youth and Sports in 1990 and from 2006 to 2010; at the Ministry of Finance in 2002; and the Ministry of Transport in 2003. He was a member of the Tunisian Association of the Road Safety from 2000 to 2005. From October 2009 to March 2012, he was elected president of the Tunisian Taekwondo Federation. A. Zribi was elected President of the Commissionner-General of the Tunisian Scouts Organization in October 2016, after having been a member from March 2011 to October 2016. Since 2007, he has been elected Judge of the National Committee of Sports Arbitration - Tunisian National Olympic Committee. In 2017, Akram Zribi became a member of the scientific council known as CIPED, "Hédi Nouira International Center for Perspective and Development Studies".
